Last week, our CEO, Karoly Szipka, presented the IPercept journey at the inauguration of Centre X, a new collaborative initiative between Scania Group, Volvo Group, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Chalmers University of Technology.
Karoly showcased IPercept’s evolution - from academic research labs to real-world industrial deployments - and shared insights into how Sweden’s innovation-friendly industrial ecosystem has enabled that transformation.
Centre X is a significant step forward in advancing cutting-edge technologies and developing the next generation of powertrain manufacturing. The inauguration featured inspiring talks from key industry and academic leaders, including:
- Andreas Archenti and Peter Krajnik, Centre X Directors
- Mattias Strömsten, Senior VP, Scania
- Thomas Bogren, VP, Volvo
- Pia Sandvik, CEO, Teknikföretagen
- Lars-Henrik Jörnving, VP, Scania
- Anders Söderholm, President, KTH Royal Institute of Technology
We’re proud to have contributed to this important occasion and look forward to supporting Centre X in building a more intelligent, efficient, and sustainable future for manufacturing.
