Where it all started
Swedish manufacturers were struggling with CNC machines that underperformed and broke down, yet no solution on the market could handle the complexity of the issue. That challenge sparked a research project at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, led by Karoly Szipka and Professor Andreas Archenti.
What followed was a simple but powerful breakthrough: a method to assess machine condition automatically, without interrupting production. It worked - both in the lab and on the shop floor.
